Machine monitoring and ERP for injection moldingEvery machine. Every cycle. Live.

CycleWright connects every machine on your floor, whatever the brand or age, and shows it live on one screen. Every stop is logged by itself, interlocks act before bad parts ship, and the built-in ERP runs on the same live numbers. Built first for injection molding, ready for any machine that makes parts.

What it is

One system from the machine to the shipment

CycleWright is real-time machine monitoring, interlocks and ERP software for manufacturers, built first for injection molders. A small PLC on each machine reads the same standard signals no matter who built it. A plant server turns them into live status, cycles and downtime. The ERP uses those live counts for jobs, schedules, quality checks, maintenance and shipping.

Built for
Injection molders first; also CNC machining, stamping, extrusion and assembly.
Connects to
Any machine through a standard PLC harness over Modbus TCP, plus EUROMAP 63, EUROMAP 77 and OPC UA where the machine has them.
Machine brands
Wiring templates for 29 brands, including Engel, Arburg, Haitian, KraussMaffei, Milacron, Husky, Sumitomo Demag, Nissei, JSW, Toshiba and Van Dorn, plus generic templates. See all supported machines.
Measures
Live status, cycles, cycle time against ideal, parts, utilization, availability, performance, OEE (with reject data) and downtime by reason.
Acts
Interlock rules write to the PLC, for example reversing a conveyor when a temperature controller faults. New installs start read-only.
ERP
Orders and releases, jobs, scheduling, MRP, purchasing, inventory with labels, shipping, quality and SPC, maintenance, costing and quotes.
EDI
ANSI X12: 830, 862, 850 and 860 in; 855, 856 and 810 out; 997 both ways.
Accounting
Invoices to QuickBooks Online or Xero, and file exports for QuickBooks Desktop.
Quality
Records and workflows for ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 audits, label controls built for Honda L-MPR, and a change history on every record. The quality system.
Runs on
One Windows or Linux PC on the plant floor, which keeps working without internet. The cloud adds the ERP, a multi-plant dashboard and the phone app.
Switching
Imports exports from Plex, DELMIAworks (IQMS), Epicor and other ERPs, with a preview and an undo. How switching works.
Pricing
The ERP on your sales: every ERP module, unlimited users, no minimum. Monitoring: a flat yearly price per plant, every machine included. Quoted on request. How pricing works.

Machine monitoring

The whole floor on one screen

One tile per machine, in the same colors everywhere: green running, red alarm, orange aux fault, blue not in auto. Put it on the shop-floor TVs, open it on a phone, or see it on your floor plan.

  • Every stop logged to the second, no clipboards
  • Operators pick a downtime reason in two taps
  • Utilization, availability, performance and OEE per machine and shift

Interlocks and help calls

A TCU fails. The conveyor reverses itself.

Rules are settings, not code: when the temperature controller alarms or switches off, reverse the conveyor. Suspect parts are diverted before anyone walks over, and every screen shows why.

  • Every install starts monitor-only: nothing is written to a PLC until you turn outputs on
  • Help calls by role, with a timer on every board, TV and phone
  • Safety and quality alerts take over the shop-floor TVs

Injection molding ERP

An ERP fed by the machines

Orders and releases, jobs sent to presses, MRP, purchasing, labels, shipping and EDI. Production comes from the machines, so nobody types in part counts. Molding comes first: resin, colorant, regrind, cavities, tools and shots are built in.

  • Profit per press, per hour, from the live cycle, cavities, price and material
  • Schedules that finish when the press will really finish
  • Quality checks due from live part counts; scale weights into SPC
  • Invoices to QuickBooks Online or Xero

Built differently

Why molders pick CycleWright

Any machine, any age

A 1990s relay press and a new all-electric get the same standard harness. No per-brand connectors, no OPC server licenses.

Production is never typed in

Every cycle and reject is tagged with the job on the machine, so counts, schedules and quality checks stay current on their own.

It acts, not just shows

Interlocks divert suspect parts, help calls reach the right person, and alerts take over the TVs.

Safe from day one

Starts monitor-only next to what you run today. Nothing is written to a PLC until you decide.

Priced and set up differently

No per-user fees. Every ERP module included. A fixed price for setup.

The ERP, priced on your sales

Every ERP module and unlimited users, with no minimum. You never count seats or pick modules.

Every machine, one price

Machine monitoring is a flat yearly price per plant. Connecting another press doesn't change it.

Setup at a fixed price

A fixed price and a go-live date, in writing before you sign. We move your data for you.

Fitted to your plant, free

If something doesn't fit how your plant works, we change the software, not your process. Tailoring the ERP is never billed.

Our promise: less than half what you pay today for ERP and machine monitoring software, or we'll tell you before you sign.

How we compare →

Who it's for

Made for the plants other software forgets

Mixed fleets

Engel next to Van Dorn, Haitian next to Arburg, presses from five decades. CycleWright reads them all the same way.

Supported machines →

Shops without a real ERP

Or with one that doesn't know what the floor is doing. Jobs, releases and shipping run on live counts.

The ERP →

Automotive and industrial suppliers

Releases from 830 and 862, ASNs that match the customer's label scans, invoices by EDI.

EDI →

Not only molding: CNC machines (Haas, Mazak), stamping presses and extrusion lines use the same harness and templates.

Getting started

Start with a few machines

No rip-and-replace. CycleWright runs next to your current systems while you try it.

  1. Pick pilot machines

We walk the floor together and choose a few, ideally different brands and ages.

  2. Wire the harness

One small PLC per machine, the same standard wiring on every one.

  3. Go live monitor-only

Board, TVs, downtime reasons and help calls, next to what you run today.

  4. Turn on more

Interlocks, the ERP and EDI when your team is ready.

Questions molders ask first

What is CycleWright?

CycleWright is real-time machine monitoring, interlock and ERP software for manufacturers, built first for injection molders. It reads every machine through a standard PLC harness, logs downtime automatically, and feeds live production counts into an ERP for jobs, scheduling, quality, maintenance, shipping and EDI.

Does it work with old injection molding machines?

Yes. Machines without EUROMAP or Ethernet are wired to a small PLC through relays, using the same standard signals as a new press. The wiring library has 66 templates, including relay and legacy controls. See supported machines.

Do we have to replace our current ERP?

No. You can start with monitoring only, next to the ERP you have. When you're ready to switch, the import reads exports from Plex, DELMIAworks (IQMS), Epicor, JobBOSS², E2, Global Shop, SyteLine, NetSuite and others, shows a preview before anything changes, and can be undone. How switching works.

How is it priced?

The ERP is priced on your sales: every ERP module, unlimited users and no minimum. Machine monitoring is a flat yearly price per plant, with every machine included. Setup is a fixed price with a go-live date, in writing before you sign. Prices are quoted on request. How pricing works.
