Two prices, and nothing per user

ERP

Priced on your sales

  • Every ERP module: orders and releases, jobs and scheduling, MRP and purchasing, inventory and labels, shipping and EDI, the quality system, maintenance, costing and quotes, accounting sync and the API
  • Unlimited users
  • No minimum

Machine monitoring

A flat yearly price per plant

  • Every machine in the plant, any brand or age
  • The live board, TV mode and floor map, downtime and OEE reports, interlocks, help calls and alerts
  • The phone app and the dashboard across your plants

Prices are quoted on request. What we need for a quote.

Setup: a fixed price and a date, in writing

Before you sign, you get a fixed price for setup and a go-live date, in writing. We move your data from the system you use today (the import reads exports from Plex, DELMIAworks (IQMS), Epicor and others), set the ERP up for your plant, and plan the machine connections with you. The hardware for each machine, a small PLC and the standard harness or a EUROMAP or OPC UA connection where the machine has one, is listed in the quote.

Tailoring is never billed

If something doesn't fit how your plant works, we change the software, not your process. Tailoring the ERP to your business is never billed.

Our promise

Less than half what you pay today for ERP and machine monitoring software, or we'll tell you before you sign.

How we compare: your current yearly fees for ERP and machine monitoring software (subscriptions or maintenance, user licenses and add-on modules) against our yearly price for the same plants. Your quote shows both numbers. If you don't pay for ERP or monitoring software today, there is nothing to compare, and your quote is simply our price.

Ask for a quote

To quote, we need your annual sales (for the ERP), your plants and their machines (for monitoring and setup), and what you pay today for ERP and monitoring software (for the promise). Ask for a quote or email info@cyclewright.com.

Frequently asked questions

How is the ERP priced?

On your annual sales, with every ERP module and unlimited users. There is no minimum. Prices are quoted on request.

How is machine monitoring priced?

A flat yearly price per plant, with every machine in the plant included. Connecting another machine doesn't change the price; it only needs its harness hardware.

Is monitoring included in the ERP price?

No. Monitoring is its own flat yearly price per plant. You can run monitoring without the ERP. The ERP takes its production counts from monitoring, so the two work best together.

Do you charge to change the software for our plant?

No. If something doesn't fit how your plant works, we change the software, not your process. Tailoring the ERP to your business is never billed.

What does setup cost?

A fixed price, in writing with a go-live date, before you sign. We move your data for you. The hardware for each machine is listed in the quote.

What is the "less than half" promise measured against?

Your current yearly fees for ERP and machine monitoring software: subscriptions or maintenance, user licenses and add-on modules. We compare them with our yearly price for the same plants, and your quote shows both. If ours isn't less than half, we tell you before you sign.

Are there per-user fees?

No. Users are unlimited, with roles that set what each person can see and change.
