Getting started

Start with a few machines

A pilot should be small, quick to judge and easy to undo. CycleWright runs next to what you use today, starts read-only, and proves itself on a handful of presses before you change anything else.

How a pilot works

  1. Pick pilot machines. We walk the floor together and choose a few, ideally different brands and ages, so the pilot proves the hard cases.
  2. Wire the harness. One small PLC per machine, the same standard wiring on every one, with a printable wiring sheet for each.
  3. Go live monitor-only. The board, TVs, downtime reasons and help calls run next to what you use today. Nothing is written to a PLC.
  4. Turn on more. Interlocks, the ERP and EDI when your team is ready.

What we need from you

  • A list of machines: type, brand, size and year.
  • A PC on the plant network for the plant server (Windows or Linux).
  • Someone who can wire a small PLC panel at each pilot machine, or time with ours.
  • Your floor plan, if you want the map view.

Pricing

Machine monitoring is a flat yearly price per plant, with every machine included. The ERP is priced on your sales, with every ERP module and unlimited users. Setup is a fixed price with a go-live date, in writing before you sign. How pricing works, or ask for a quote.

See your machines on the board

Book a 30-minute live demo. We walk through a shift on a demo plant: a temperature controller fails, a press alarms, an operator calls for quality, and you see what each one costs per hour.
